Welcome!

At Celestial Hope Rising Services, we're all about sparking connections that click. Think of us as matchmakers, but instead of finding your next lifelong best friend, we're all about pairing you up with a therapist who just gets you. Why? Because when the vibe's right, the magic created is unstoppable.

Most available appointments are for telehealth. Depending on availability and clinical match, Celestial Hope Rising Services MAY be able to assign for in-person services in our office. Once an evaluation is completed, we can work to match you with a therapist with this availability, but can not guarantee times or in-person appointments.

If the above availability does not work for you, the following agencies may be able to assist you:

  • Trinity Wellness Group (Specializes in Couple’s Counseling)

  • Helping Hands Health Services

  • Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry

  • Sheppard Pratt

Celestial Hope Rising Services accepts the following insurance depending on availability with credentialed providers:

Please note that private insurance requires for our providers to paneled individually with the insurance company, not all of our providers are able to provide services to clients with private insurance.

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Cigna

  • Humana (Coming Soon)

  • Kaiser Permanente (Coming Soon)

  • Johns Hopkins Health Care (EHP and USFHP) (Coming Soon)

  • Medicaid

  • Medicare (Coming Soon)

  • United Healthcare (Coming Soon)

HOW TO REQUEST SERVICES OR MAKE A REFERRAL

To request services or to make a referral, submit electronically from the link below or call (301) 323-8437. If there is a safety concern or other urgent matter, call 911 or crisis response. Call our office directly for any referral for clients who present a danger to self or others.

Celestial Hope Rising Services will contact the client and/or referral source within one week of receiving the referral to begin the intake process. Once assigned, the intake therapist will schedule an initial intake evaluation with the client. After completing the evaluation, it may take up to two weeks for a primary therapist to be assigned. In the time between the initial evaluation and assignment to a primary therapist, the intake clinician is available for therapy visits as needed or requested.
