Group Therapy.

What is Group Therapy?

Group therapy is a safe and supportive space where people come together to talk, listen, and grow. Guided by a trained therapist, group members help each other by sharing their own stories and experiences. It’s a place to find connection, understanding, and strength.

Using Anime & Manga to Explore Mental Health.

This mental health group uses anime and manga to explore and understand mental health issues in a safe, supportive environment. Participants engage in weekly sessions where they watch selected anime episodes or movies with relevant themes, opening discussions and encouraging reflection and connection to personal experiences. The group aims to promote resilience, empathy, and the importance of mental well-being, and is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all, regardless of their familiarity with anime.
