Lady Mindful Mavericks: A Summer Girls' Group

We are launching Lady Mindful Mavericks, a summer group where girls will engage in group therapy sessions and exciting field trips. This program provides a supportive space for growth while incorporating engaging activities that reinforce key mental health topics.

Program Details

💰 Cost: $190 for the summer ($30 per trip)
📋 Insurance Requirement: Aetna, BCBS, Medicaid, or Cigna required
🍽️ Food: Not provided unless otherwise specified
🎒 Materials: Any required items will be outlined in the group packet

🔑 June 28 – Building Communication Skills (Escape Room)
🛶 July 5 – Girl Talk (Canoe & Kayak)
💥 July 19 – Anger Management (Rage Room)
🐠 August 2 – Safety in Self & Others (Baltimore Aquarium)
🏖️ August 9 – Community & Friendships (Beach) Chaperone (21+ female) required
