Activity Overview: Mindful Yoga Session
Your child is invited to join us in an exciting, fun-filled, and educational yoga activity. The children will learn different yoga postures, controlled breathing techniques, and calming meditation.
Under the guidance of a professional kids’ yoga instructor, the activity will involve various poses that will aid in flexibility, balance, and strength development. Each pose is designed to ensure kids have a delightful and entertaining yoga experience.
Mental Health Topic: Emotional Expression
After the yoga session, we will gently introduce our young learners to a crucial mental health-emotional expression. We will engage the children in conversations around feelings, enabling them to identify, express, and manage their emotions healthily.
Using examples relevant to their age group, our goal is to encourage your children to discuss their emotions freely and understand that it’s perfectly okay to experience a wide range of feelings. Through this discussion, we hope to instill self-awareness and emotional intelligence early.
